Following Jesus to the Cross

The hosannas of Palm Sunday and the joy of Resurrection Sunday are radiant with hope.  The time sandwiched between those days were demanding and tiring, as Jesus suffered jeers, pain and death.  Even during those difficult challenges Jesus cared for, loved and forgave people.  Following Jesus to the cross means rejoicing in God’s forgiveness, denying ourselves and walking as Jesus walked.
