God’s Holy Spirit is in us and with us!

The story of the Holy Spirit’s arrival on Pentecost is told in Acts 2.  It describes a rushing wind from heaven, tongues of fire, speaking in other languages and being filled with the Holy Spirit.  Although we were not with Peter and the others to experience that wonderful breath of God, the Holy Spirit is with us and in us every day. The Holy Spirit empowers us to share God’s word with others, strengthens us in our weakness and gives us hope.
