Playing with Parables

The season of Lent has historically been a time in the Church to reflect, pray, and engage in spiritual disciplines in order to grow in faith, love, and understanding. During Wednesdays in Lent, we invite you to join us for a time of fellowship at our soup suppers, as well as a time for study and growth through the spiritual practice of playing with the parables of Jesus. We will be looking at various parables from a unique perspective in order to discover how these creative stories, told by Jesus, invite us to explore who God is in a deeper way. After worship, there will be an invitation to engage in an optional activity with the parables and your faith in a creative, fun way. So what do you say? Let’s play with parables together!
